The LEAP program is a Math specific acceleration program for IDENTIFIED students ONLY. This program is designed to allow students who have consistently demonstrated both very high levels of achievement in Year 9 Mathematics, as well as high levels of diligence, commitment, maturity and desire for further extension, to pursue their studies in this subject at a more advanced level. These students have typically exhibited these qualities by taking a pro-active approach to their studies during the course of Year 9 Mathematics, including the completion of elements of the Year 10 Optional (Advanced) Mathematics course. If selected, and the place is accepted, students will complete Units 1 and 2 of Mathematical Methods whilst in Year 10.
