​​​2024 Applications open in Term 4, 2022

Applications for enrolment in 2024 open on Wednesday 5th October 2022 @ 12 midday (Term 4).  

Applications are assessed in order of receipt in line with our school Enrolment Management Plan. Application forms will be available in late September 2022 via the links below.

Completed forms and supporting documentation can be emailed to 2024@kedronshs.eq.edu.au,  mailed to Kedron SHS P.O. Box 1299 Lutwyche Q 4030 or submitted in person at Kedron SHS.

​Applications for 2024 received prior to 5th October 2022 will not be processed.

Expression of Interest for Enrolment in 2023

While many of the students at Kedron State High School come from the local primary schools within the catchment area, each year we receive hundreds of applications from students who live outside our catchment area. 

Applications for 2023 opened on the first day of Term 4, 2021. Applications are assessed in order of receipt in line with our school Enrolment Management Plan.

Completed forms and supporting documentation can be emailed to 2023@kedronshs.eq.edu.au,  mailed to Kedron SHS P.O. Box 1299 Lutwyche Q 4030 or submitted in person at Kedron SHS.​

Please note;

The catchment for Kedron State high School is being reviewed and it is anticipated that the changes will be published at the commencement of 2023. 

Any student offered places prior this will retain their offer. The new catchment will be affective from the date it is published​.​

Documentation Requirements 

Please have copies of the following ready to attach to your enrolment application:

  • Child's Birth Certificate (with official translation if necessary) 

The school will require proof of at least one parent's Australian citizenship. If one parent was born in Australia, proof of Australian citizenship is not required. If both parents were born overseas, the child's birth certificate must be accompanied by ONE of the following documents: 

  • Australian or New Zealand passport (of student NOT parent); OR 

  • Australian Citizenship Certificate (of student OR parent); OR 

  • Appropriate Visa. 

School reports

  • Child’s most recent report card

  • Child’s NAPLAN results

Supporting documentation – relevant to the enrolment category under which the student is applying:

  • Catchment area - Please refer to information on the Catchment area page

  • Out of catchment - No additional documents required
