Extra-curricular

Kedron has many extra curricular opportunities for its students. The school offers a variety of activities, clubs and competitions which students are encouraged to become involved in to enrich their time at high school.

Music

There's lots of Music at Kedron High in an excellent Music programme which caters for beginners through to exceptional players.

Student Council

The Student Council is an excellent forum for giving students a say in their school and for teaching them about meeting procedure and representations.

At Kedron we have a Junior Student Council as well as a Senior Student Council so that the voices of younger students have a chance to be heard.

Chess

Students can participate in our Chess Programme on either a Recreational level - learn to Play and Enhance your skills, or a competitive level with a School Championship Competition, an all Girl's Championship competition or Inter-School competitions which include Teams and Individuals Invitational competitions.

Debating

Several debating teams are formed each year. - for students from Year 7 through to Year 12. Many of them have done very well in the Q.D.U. Debating Competition.

Interact
