School Guidance CounsellorCounsellors in schools assist students and their caregivers with all aspects of the student learning and future planning. Guidance Counsellors are experienced in learning and teaching and have post graduate qualifications in personal counselling, and educational assessment, also training in career development, behavioural disorders, and mental health, often working with parents, teachers, other support personnel and agencies in support of the students learning pathway. Students can make their own appointment to see the counsellor using the appointment book in the student foyer at the office. Parents are welcome to make appointments by contacting the school by phone on 3630 3333. |
